What do I need to make my mummy?

Here are the 'Ingredients':

• Chicken (to be named later)
• Salt (table salt and kosher salt. which one will be better?)
• Baking Soda
• Spices (for the Stink of Decay^tm... we're using Cinnamon and Rosemary)

We will combine the Salt and Baking Soda to mimic Natron (a kind of soda ash used in olde times for mummies and mouthwash)

• Gallon Ziploc Bags
• Latex Gloves
• Scale (we're gonna be sciency and weigh the mummy as we go)
