Now what?

So, now we have this bag of chicken...

and we have to change out the 11 secret herbs and spices, to keep the mummification process humming along.

We decided to head down to the basement to avoid spreading any stench to the rest of the house.

Here you can see Lily cleaning off all the old salt, etc...

Is it the liver or a cinnamon munchkin?

And guess what!  It was Stenchariffic^tm

Must hold breath...

And then the dogs celebrated the changing of the chicken salt and fixins with that olde favorite, "Young dog jumps over old dog"

 

followed by...

A name! We need a name!

So, we've been thinking of names for the mummy.  Usually, we'd go with 'Kevin', but since this is a chicken we had to think outside the box.  "   

Lily's first thought was "Mech" (Mummified Egyptian Chicken), or more appropriately "Meccccchhhh".

My first thought was "Chick-o-patra", but we have decided to go with:
